This week I did a persuasive quick write in my book. I did mine about why we should have a three day holiday.
I thought we should have a three day holiday because it would be more fun because you would hang out with your friend more and have sleepovers. You would also be more relaxed on the three day holiday. You could go to so many places in three days. That's why I think we should have a three day holiday.
Part of this term me and my class have been learning about little blue penguin. I have learnt so much about them. I have learnt that little blue penguins population is approximately 350-600,000. Also, did you know little blue penguin are the smallest kind of penguin? Here is a picture of one.🐧

This week, my group and I were working on our four times tables. My group was called level three number. We started learning four times eight and other ones, like four times nine. After we worked on our times tables we did division. I was very comfortable doing it because I had already done division last year. There were four questions. I finished mine in two minutes, and my friend finished ten seconds after. My times tables will help me when I'm older and in everyday life. So that is what we learnt this week in our level 3 number group.
Recapping on our times tables
This week we learnt a bit more about our times tables. We worked on our 4, 6, 9 times tables for half an hour and played a times table game too. So basically there should be 3 people and over. You also have to pick what times tables you are going to do. There is a person who has a whole deck of cards in their hand and puts a card down. You have to figure out the answer. So let's say the number is two and the number you picked is nine so it would be two times nine. So that is what we learnt this week.
